Bruce Limbaugh says he'll run for Homewood City Council President | News

Local businessman and longtime Homewood School Board member Bruce Limbaugh told FOX6 News today that he will be running for Homewood City Council President.

Limbaugh said Friday afternoon that he had word that he qualified for the position.

“After serving on Homewood’s school board for 10 years I realized that I still wanted the opportunity to serve the community the I love so deeply," he said. "After a lot of thought and prayer about this I decided that I would throw my probverbial name in the hat."

The election will be in late August.
