VESTAVIA HILLS, AL (WBRC)- More than a dozen people called Vestavia Hills police Tuesday morning after discovering items missing from their cars.
The Vestavia Hills Police Department told FOX6 News between 14 and 20 cars were burglarized overnight on Christopher Drive and Mill Haven Road. Investigators believe a suspect or a group of people were reponsibile for the burglaries.
Car owners reported a wide variety of missing items... from loose change to credit cards, checks, and electronics.
Investigators told FOX6 News forced entry was not used to gain entry to any of the vehicles.
